Quality Technical Services, Inc. was founded in 1995 by Donald Boettcher and Richard Buchholz. In January of 1999, Qualtiy Technical Services, Inc. expanded its partnership and Michael Horn joined our team of designers. QTS now offers a staff of over five designers and drafters. As well as three full-time machine assembly technicians.
Quality Technical Services, Inc. offers over seventy years of combined innovative custom machine design. Our experience includes design support to the paper, printing, and food industries. Quality Technical Services, Inc. is dedicated to offering cost effective, quality machine design.
