Quality Technical Services, Inc. was formed in 1995 by Donald Boettcher and Richard Buchholz.  In January of 1999, Quality Technical Services, Inc. expanded its partnership and Michael Horn joined our team of designers.  

Quality Technical Services, Inc. offers over seventy years of combined innovative custom machine design.  Our experience includes design support to the paper, printing, and food industries.  Quality Technical Services, Inc. is dedicated to offering cost effective, quality machine design.
